Government meeting discussed the fuel and energy sector's performance for January-October 2025

On October 31, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular digital meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers to review the country's work for the first ten months of 2025, TDH reports.
During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the work accomplished in January-October of this year to increase oil and gas production and expand supply routes to global markets.
As reported, the State Concern Turkmennebit fulfilled its oil production plan at 109.3 percent.
For the same period, the refineries' oil refining plan was fulfilled at 108.6 percent.
Gasoline production plan fulfillment was 107.5 percent, diesel fuel 100.7 percent, and natural and associated gas 101.8 percent.
Technical and economic indicators for the production of polypropylene, lubricants, liquefied gas, and natural gas exports were also reported.
Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of effectively utilizing the country's existing oil and gas production capacity and continuing to take measures to increase oil and gas production. The head of state also instructed the Vice-Chairman to closely monitor the progress of geological exploration and drilling operations.
