Liquefied gas sold abroad at exchange trades

11 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

Representatives of business circles from Uzbekistan and Afghanistan purchased aerated concrete blocks and liquefied gas produced at the technological installations of the SC “Turkmenchemistry” for foreign currency.

Cotton yarn, cotton lint and assorted denim products were also sold for foreign currency, which were purchased by entrepreneurs from Kyrgyzstan and others.

The total amount of transactions exceeded 3 million 709 thousand US dollars.

For the domestic market, local businessmen purchased polypropylene (SC “Turkmennebit”), as well as cotton yarn and terry products for a total of 6 million 318 thousand manats.
