Last week, 14 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
Entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan purchased petrochemical products for foreign currency, in particular, calcined petroleum coke, petroleum road bitumen, base oil (SC "Turkmennebit"), as well as liquefied gas produced at the technological units of the SC "Turkmenchemistry" and SC "Turkmengas".
Cotton yarn was also sold for foreign currency. Buyer countries: Turkey, Kyrgyzstan.
The total amount of transactions amounted to over 5 million 710 thousand US dollars.
For the domestic market, local businessmen purchased base oil, petroleum road bitumen (SC "Türkmennebit"), and gabardine for a total of more than 6 million 362 thousand manats.
