At the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, 26 transactions were registered last week.
Entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Afghanistan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan purchased polypropylene, hydrotreated diesel fuel and aviation kerosene produced at the technological installations of the State Concern «Turkmennebit» for foreign currency. Representatives of the Turkish business community also purchased motor and lubricating oils.
Also, plain-dyed and jacquard terry products, cotton yarn, raw silk, and cotton fiber were sold for foreign currency. Buying countries: UAE, Türkiye, Pakistan.
The total amount of transactions amounted to over 28 million 619 thousand US dollars.
Local entrepreneurs purchased petroleum road bitumen and polypropylene produced by the State Concern «Turkmennebit», as well as handmade carpets, cotton yarn and fabric for the domestic market. The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 23 million 269 thousand manats.
