Last week, 89 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
Representatives of business circles from the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan purchased aviation kerosene and low-sulphur fuel oil produced at the technological units of the SC “Turkmennebit” for foreign currency.
Also, for foreign currency, bedding sets, terry and denim products in assortment, cotton fabric and yarn, regenerated fiber were sold. Buyer countries: China, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan.
The total amount of transactions amounted to about 70 million 540 thousand US dollars.
For the domestic market, domestic businessmen purchased oil road bitumen (SC “Turkmennebit”), as well as handmade carpets for a total amount of over 75 million 745 thousand manats.
TS-1 aviation kerosene and oil bitumen were in demand at exchange trading
At the auction on Monday, June 12, 24 transactions were concluded for a total of $1 million and 150 million Turkmen manats, ORIENT reports.
