At the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, 29 transactions were registered last week.
Entrepreneurs from Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Afghanistan purchased fuel oil produced at the technological installations of the SC «Turkmennebit» and urea produced by the SC «Turkmenchemistry» for foreign currency.
Also, for foreign currency, representatives of the business community of the UAE, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan purchased dyed terry products, cotton yarn and denim.
The total amount of transactions amounted to over 50 million 863 thousand US dollars.
For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased cotton waste - delint, crude fatty acids, flannel fabric, handmade carpets, bed linen sets, calico and raw silk for a total amount of more than 16 million 725 thousand manats.
