 The agenda of the upcoming regular meeting of the Turkmen-Iranian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation was discussed in a telephone conversation between its co-chairs – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and Minister of Roads and Urban Development of Iran Mehrdad Bazrpash.  The website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports this.

 In this context, the high importance of the visits to Iran by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on June 14-15, 2022, as well as the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of the country Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on May 30-31 this year.

 At the same time, the ministers noted the importance of the practical implementation of the agreements reached during these visits.
