On September 7, a concert dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan was held at the Cultural and Business Center of the State Concern “Turkmengas”.
The festive celebration was opened by the poetess, people’s writer of Turkmenistan, Hero of Turkmenistan Gozel Shagulyeva. Warmly congratulating those gathered on the upcoming holiday, she presented them with a poetic gift, having inspiredly read her poems dedicated to the independent Fatherland, as well as the work of oil and gas industry workers.
Then a patriotic song rose under the arches of the hall, opening the concert program. Soloists – popular singers and young talented vocalists, as well as the folklore group “Galkynysh” of the Cultural and Business Center of the State Concern "Turkmengas" performed works glorifying their beloved Motherland, its beauty and power.
The ancient dance Kushtdepdi became the colorful final chord of the festive event.
