Companies of Turkmenistan and Great Britain discussed the possibilities of cooperation with the field of «green» energy

Opportunities for developing cooperation in the field of renewable energy sources were discussed during a round table with the participation of representatives of state structures of Turkmenistan and specialized companies in the UK. This was reported by the British Embassy in Turkmenistan on its Instagram page.
The Turkmen side, represented by representatives of the State Concerns «Turkmengas», «Turkmennebit», the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was familiarized with the possibilities of UK companies in the field of hydrogen energy, monetization of associated gas, ways of decarbonization of the country's oil and gas sector.
During the round table, presentations were made by representatives of companies specializing in the renewable energy sector: Aggreko, Ikigai Capital, Hydro-C.
The participants of the meeting also considered the issues of financing projects in the field of green energy.
