 Yesterday, a reporting meeting was held in the Central building of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan, at which the results of the work of industry enterprises for January-March 2022, held under the motto «Epoch of people with Arkadag», were discussed.

 At the reporting meeting, important aspects of the implementation of the tasks set by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov at the expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, held on April 8, were considered, during which the results of the work of all sectors of the national economy of Turkmenistan, including the oil and gas sector, were summed up.

 At the reporting meeting, which was chaired by Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sh. Abdrakhmanov, the State Minister – Chairman of the State Concern «Turkmengas» B. Amanov, Chairman of the State Concern «Turkmennebit» G. Agadzhanov, Chairman of the State Corporation «Turkmengeology» M. Rozyev, General  Director of the Turkmen Oil and Gas Refinery D.Chishiev, General Director of CJSC «Turkmen National Oil and Gas Company» M.Pirliev, as well as heads of departments and enterprises of the complex.

 The speakers emphasized the relevance of the tasks set by the President for the oil and gas complex of the country, in particular, on improving the situation of industries operating at the expense of allocated loans in the national currency, including their partial use in the improvement of oil and gas areas and drilling wells, the development and practical implementation of comprehensive measures to increase  use of production facilities.

 The importance of intensifying the construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India transnational pipeline and intensifying work on other international projects aimed at exporting natural gas was also noted.  Specific instructions were discussed to strengthen activities in the field of training highly qualified personnel that correspond to the realities of the time.

At the end of the meeting, Vice-Chairman Sh. Abdrakhmanov wished the participants success in the implementation of the “Program for the development of the oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan for the period up to 2030”, in the year passing under the motto “Epoch of people with Arkadag”.

 The advisor to the President of Turkmenistan on oil and gas issues A. Begliev also took part in the reporting meeting.
