TCOR mastered the production of A-98 gasoline that meets EURO-6 standards

In Turkmenistan, the production of A-98 gasoline has been launched, which fully meets the quality requirements of EURO-6 standards and is distinguished by the highest environmental friendliness. This was announced by the Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Shakhym Abdrakhmanov at a government meeting that President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov chaired by video link last Friday.
The Vice-Chairman reported on the state of affairs in the supervised fuel and energy sector, and in particular, on the work on the production of new types of oil products at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries (TCOR).
In this regard, Sh.Abdrakhmanov said that at present, the production of new A-98 gasoline has begun here, which fully meets the quality requirements of EURO-6 standards and is distinguished by the highest environmental friendliness.
It was also noted that as a result of research carried out in the international laboratory of the «Saybolt» company of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, certificates of compliance of these products with K5 environmental requirements and EURO-6 standards were awarded.
At present, work is underway to enter the A-98 gasoline as a new type of petroleum products into the state register and issue a certificate of conformity by the Main State Service of «Turkmenstandartlary».
