Turkmenistan exported natural gas worth $ 6.1 billion to China in January-November

Turkmenistan continues to hold a leading position in pipeline export of «blue» fuel to China. According to the General Customs Administration of the PRC, during January-November 2021, the Celestial Empire received 21.91 million tons of Turkmen natural gas through the Turkmenistan-China pipeline, which is $ 6.1 billion in monetary terms.
The second place in pipeline gas exports to China in the first 11 months of this year is occupied by Russia, which supplied 6.6 million tons of gas worth $ 1.27 billion. In third place is Kazakhstan, which delivered 4.02 million tons of blue fuel to Chinese consumers in January-November this year for $ 946.11 million.

The 63rd meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission of Turkmenistan on the Caspian Sea was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on February 23.
