On January 16, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via digital means. A number of state matters were on the agenda, TDH reports.

During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the measures being taken to modernize the infrastructure of the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries of the State Concern Turkmennebit.

As reported, the Kenar Oil Storage and Loading Facility operates as a key structural unit of the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries for the reception, storage, and shipment of petroleum products to consumers.
