On the eve of the New Year 2026, Turkmenistan demonstrated new achievements in implementing its national energy strategy. Commissioned by the Marygazchykarysh Department of the State Concern Turkmengas, Turkmengasburawlayysh successfully drilled production oil and gas well No. 110 at the Galkynyş field, reaching a depth of 4,180 meters, according to the website "Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.

Tests showed a commercial flow of natural gas of over 2 million cubic meters per day, confirming the high level of work and the use of modern, innovative technologies in the industry. This result serves as proof of the effective implementation of digital solutions and advanced global practices in the Turkmen energy sector.

Furthermore, significant results were achieved at the Toparjulba field in the Central Karakum Desert. Here, production well No. 264, drilled to a depth of 1,200 meters, yielded a commercial gas flow of approximately 300,000 cubic meters per day.

These achievements reflect the consistent strengthening of the country's fuel and energy infrastructure and the implementation of scientific advances in production. The work of the State Concern Turkmengas to increase gas and gas condensate production, as well as to develop the Galkynysh field, is contributing to the growth of Turkmenistan's export potential and strengthening its position in the international energy market.

Thanks to the systematic implementation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov's large-scale reforms, initiated by Hero-Arkadag, the country's energy strategy is demonstrating new achievements, confirming Turkmenistan as a reliable energy supplier on the global stage.
