The national leader of the Turkmen people, the chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was awarded a jubilee medal for the 30th anniversary of the neutrality of Turkmenistan and a set of memorable signs. The corresponding resolution was signed by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
The document was signed "Given the significant personal contribution" Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov "into the implementation of cardinal reforms in the name of the development of the state and the improvement of the standard of living of society, to consolidate the status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan."
