An exhibition of Turkmenistan's economic achievements, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the country's permanent neutrality, opened in Ashgabat on December 11, according to the Turkmenistan International Information Center.

The event, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, was held in the atmosphere of a national holiday and featured a vibrant cultural program.

The ceremony underscored the significance of the anniversary and became a symbol of the country's confident commitment to comprehensive development and prosperity.

During the opening ceremony, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Nokerguly Atagulyev delivered a congratulatory message from President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the exhibition participants and guests.

"I firmly believe that the exhibition will serve as a clear demonstration of the great successes and achievements of our country in the economic, political, social, cultural, humanitarian, scientific, and technical spheres over three decades of permanent neutrality, and a celebration of the unique peace-loving traditions of the Turkmen people," the head of state said in his address.

Dozens of state-owned and private enterprises are participating in the exhibition, showcasing their achievements in industry, energy, agriculture, transport, construction, and digital technologies.

Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge developments, innovative projects, and products reflecting Turkmenistan's sustainable economic growth.

The organizers emphasized that the exhibition serves as an important platform for strengthening international economic ties, expanding cooperation, and promoting national initiatives.

Particular attention is paid to the contribution of entrepreneurs and the private sector, who are actively involved in the implementation of major government programs. The exhibition's opening marked a striking beginning to a series of events commemorating the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, and once again underscored the country's commitment to peace, creativity, and openness to mutually beneficial partnerships.
