The joint project “Lu Ban Workshop” is being implemented

A scientific and practical conference, devoted to the role of the Lu Ban Workshop, the full utilization of its potential, the exchange of experience, analysis and study of proposals was held at Nimbo Polytechnic University (People’s Republic of China). Our country was represented by a group of teachers and students from Yagshygeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas. Representatives from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Armenia and Belarus also participated in the forum.

The week-long conference presented the opportunities offered by the international professional training project “Lu Ban Workshop”. This project, established in China in 2016, aims to improve the qualifications of higher education specialists, to utilize and improve advanced technologies, to strengthen international cooperation, to develop professional skills and to enrich and strengthen them with new ideas and analytical materials. The event featured presentations by Chinese scholars and guests, an exchange of opinions and bilateral meetings.

The aforementioned project is also being implemented at Yagshygeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas. Currently, to expedite the major repairs of the Lu Ban Workshop building, work is being carried out under a contract with the support of the Türkmengaz State Concern. This international professional education project at Yagshygeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas is the first in Turkmenistan and will focus, in particular, on such areas as the oil and gas industry and technology, information technology and oil and gas transportation.

Today, March 26, the grand opening of the Information and Analytical Center was held at the Natural Gas Research Institute of the State Concern "Turkmengas".
