A conference dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust was held at the Cultural and Business Center of the State Concern “Turkmengas”. Employees of organizations and enterprises of the complex took part in the ceremonial event, organized by the Council of the Trade Union of Oil and Gas Workers of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, speeches were heard from the leading specialist of the Department of Food Provision for Workers and Services of the State Concern "Turkmengas" Jepbar Annashov, technical inspector of the trade union of workers of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan Geldymurad Seytiev, specialists of the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas of the State Concern "Turkmengas" Guljemal Mamedova, Myakhri Gurbanova, chairman of the primary organization of the trade union of the Central Production Laboratory of the State Corporation "Turkmengeology" Bayramgozel Italmazova and head of the well information group of the geological information center of the State Corporation "Turkmengeology" Arslan Annamuradov.
As noted in the speeches of the conference participants, the UN General Assembly, on the initiative of Turkmenistan, unanimously adopted a Resolution proclaiming 2025 "Year of International Peace and Trust". This became a clear evidence of the recognition of the targeted activities of our country aimed at ensuring global peace and sustainable development. It was emphasized that significant events - the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's acquisition of the legal status of permanent neutrality and the 80th anniversary of the creation of the UN will increase the significance of 2025.
The meeting participants unanimously noted the importance of the Concept of Turkmenistan's activities and priorities within the framework of the International Year of Peace and Trust, aimed at uniting efforts in solving important issues on the global agenda.
The meeting also included song and music performances by artists from the Cultural and Business Center, which gave the event a festive atmosphere and left a vivid impression on those gathered.
