The workers of the Lebapnebitgazgözleg expedition of the Türkmengeologiýa State Corporation are also actively involved in the noble cause of directing underground resources for the benefit of our Motherland’s prosperity. A striking example of this is the labor achievements of the team for nine months of the year “Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy”.
“Our specialists are conducting large-scale exploration and drilling operations on the territory of the Lebap and Balkan velayats. Of course, their persistence and diligence pay off a hundredfold. The discovery of new natural gas deposits over the past period of the current year inspires us to new victories,” the chief engineer of the expedition Derkar Bekdurdiyev says.
Recently, an impressive event that pleased all the workers of the expedition took place. An industrially significant flow of “blue fuel” was obtained from well No. 2 drilled at the Tachmuradov site in the Lebap velayat. In this matter, the drilling teams led by Dovlet Babakuliyev and Ishanguly Mammetguliyev demonstrated special professionalism. To date, the teams have begun drilling well No. 3 at the site with a design capacity of 2,500 meters. The prospectors of underground resources have drilled more than 500 meters of depth.
In our country, professionals in their field, specialists who achieve success in their work field, are always honored and respected. Particularly distinguished Turkmen citizens are presented with high awards and honorary titles at the state level. Among those awarded by the head of state on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan is drilling master Dovlet Babakuliyev. According to the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, D. Babakuliyev was awarded the medal “For Love of the Motherland”.
The expedition is working at the Goturdepe, Gazlydepe, Uzynada, Batgaly Er, Koseshor and other fields. Drillers are working at the Goturdepe field under the supervision of drilling masters Juma Orazov and Magtym Mahmudov. To date, the depth of well No. 1907 they drilled is 3,900 meters, and less than 100 meters remain to reach the design depth. Drillers are confident that they will be able to obtain an industrially significant oil flow from this well.
Drilling teams under the supervision of drilling masters Aganiyaz Akiyev and Rozygeldy Hudayberdiyev have started the final stage of drilling well No. 3 at the Gazlydepe field. They have only hundreds of meters left to reach their intended goal. Thus, by the end of the current year, news about the labor achievements of oil and gas workers will increase in number.
