18 cooperation documents signed on the sidelines of the Investment Forum TIF 2024

Following the results of the Investment Forum of Turkmenistan TIF 2024, held in Ashgabat on September 10-11, 18 agreements and memorandums of understanding and cooperation were signed between Turkmen state and private enterprises and foreign companies. This was reported by the electronic publication News Central Asia (nCa).
The documents cover a wide range of industries, including energy, chemical industry development, shipbuilding, railway equipment, ecology, and logistics.
The signed documents include a number of Agreements between the State Concern "Turkmennebit" and companies from Afghanistan and Uzbekistan on the purchase and sale of diesel fuel and liquefied gas; Agreement between the State Concern "Turkmengas" and Calik Energy (Turkey) on the design, construction, equipment and commissioning of the Shatlyk-1 gas compressor station in the Mary velayat; Memorandum of Intent between the State Concern "Turkmengas" and the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to strengthen cooperation between the countries in the gas industry
In addition, the State Concern "Turkmenchemistry" signed a number of memorandums of understanding on interest in cooperation for the development of the chemical industry of Turkmenistan with companies from China, Turkey, and Japan.
Over the two days of work, the TIF 2024 investment forum brought together more than 1,150 guests and participants. Within the framework of the forum, about 80 bilateral meetings were held between state and private enterprises and foreign delegates.
