Female residents of Turkmenistan will receive cash gifts on behalf of the head of state

 Considering the great merits of our women in the Epoch of the Revival of a new era of powerful state in implementing transformations for the sake of the prosperity of the country, in raising a healthy and inspired generation devoted to the Homeland, in order to continue the noble traditions of their ancestors in honoring beloved mothers and dear sisters, as well as the implementation of the Presidential Resolution  Turkmenistan No. 1152 “On the presentation of cash gifts to the women of our country on the occasion of International Women’s Day” dated February 27, 2019, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order.

 The document stipulates that during the period from March 1–6, 2024, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, in a solemn atmosphere, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, cash gifts in the amount of 60 (sixty) manats should be presented to women and girls working in enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, and  also receiving pensions and state benefits, studying in graduate school, doctoral studies and clinical residency outside of work, students of courses at the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan with a period of study of at least two years, students, schoolgirls and pupils of preschool institutions.
