Dialogue with neighboring states is a priority, Berdimuhamedov emphasized, noting that Turkmenistan will continue to strengthen relations with Central Asian countries, as well as with the Caspian states, based on friendship, good-neighborliness, and mutual respect.
The head of Turkmenistan also emphasized that close partnership with member states of the Economic Cooperation Organization will be maintained in the economic, energy, transport, and communications sectors.
Turkmenistan will significantly expand its cooperation with countries in South Asia, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region. These regions are currently experiencing widespread economic and technological progress. These countries are showing great interest in cooperation with Turkmenistan, noted Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

It is essential to continue building equitable, mutually beneficial relations with European countries based on mutual respect. Particular attention must be paid to cooperation with them in high technology, the transition to green energy, and the implementation of artificial intelligence.
