80 transactions were registered at the auction of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan purchased gasoline, diesel fuel, base oil, total petroleum coke produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. Businessmen from Panama and Afghanistan bought heavy vacuum gas oil from the Seydi refinery, and representatives of Russian business circles bought polyethylene.

Also, colorless sheet glass, dyed terry products, cotton yarn, dried roots and rhizomes of licorice were sold for foreign currency. Purchasing countries: Russia, China, USA, Germany, UAE, Turkey, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan.

The total amount of transactions exceeded USD 30 million 423 thousand.

For manat funds, businessmen from Great Britain, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Kazakhstan bought cotton yarn, and businessmen from Pakistan - licorice root extract. The total amount of transactions amounted to over 34 million 250 thousand manat.

Domestic businessmen bought polypropylene film and cotton fiber for over 7 million 655 thousand manat on the local market.
