Dear interested persons!

On behalf of the tender commission, the Turkmengaz State Concern announces an international tender: 

“Design and construction of a gas chemical plant for the production of methanol, ammonia, methyldiethanolamine (MDEA), diethylene glycol (DEG) and triethylene glycol (TEG) and reconstruction of the operating amine desulfurization and liquefied gas production unit (AD and LGPU) in Bagaja, in order to obtain an ethane fraction in the Lebap velayat” based on direct investments in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On hydrocarbon resources”.

To the address: Office 17.24a, Directorate of Foreign Economic Relations Turkmengaz State Concern, 56, Archabil Shayoly, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, you are proposed to do the following:

– to submit a signed and sealed written application (from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and bank details in a closed and sealed envelope with a cover letter;

– to be acquainted with the Law of Turkmenistan “On hydrocarbon resources”;

– to obtain the terms of reference, the main terms of the contract and the necessary information for submitting an Application from the Directorate of Foreign Economic Relations of the Turkmengaz State Concern.

Tender proposals are accepted within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the official publication of the announcement in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper, but no later than 06:00 p.m. local time on the 30th working day.

Proposals received later than the deadline set above will not be accepted.
