Presentation of the new book of the President of Turkmenistan took place

 A presentation of the new book of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov «White City Ashgabat» was held last Saturday in the Central Building of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan.

 The event was attended by Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Shakhim Abdrakhmanov, State Minister – Chairman of the State Concern «Turkmengas» Batyr Amanov, Chairman of the State Concern «Turkmennebit» Guychgeldi Baigeldiev, Chairman of the State Corporation «Turkmengeology» Merdan Rozyev, as well as heads of departments and enterprises of the complex.

 Opening the event, the Vice-Chairman noted that the publication of a new book by the Turkmen leader became a unique gift to compatriots on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the capital and expressed gratitude to the President, wishing him further success in his creative work.

 The meeting was also attended by professors and teachers of International oil and gas university named after Yagshygeldy Kakaev, editor-in-chief of the newspaper «Oil and Gas» Ussa Ussaev, as well as other representatives of the oil and gas complex of our country.

 The participants of the presentation noted that the book «White City Ashgabat» added pride to the native capital and made it possible to better appreciate the unique beauty and architectural features of the city. In a meaningful and richly illustrated new book by the head of the , the history of the capital and its present day was described in detail. Including the story of the historical development and transformation of the major city of the country, several objects of the capital were marked.

 The speakers also told about important international events held in Ashgabat.

 At the end of the event, the participants of the presentation adopted an Appeal to the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
