President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping expressed his readiness to hold a telephone conversation with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reports today, publishing a telegram from the PRC leader to the Turkmen leader.
“Dear Mr. President! Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of your father. I express my sincere commiseration and support to you and your family members in case of this irreplaceable loss.
I am ready to hold a telephone conversation with you at a convenient time for us and exchange views on a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation to advance Chinese-Turkmen relations”, - Xi Jinping said in a telegram.
