Reliable maintenance of gas pipelines in Mary and Lebap regions

Currently, the specialists of the “Gundogargazakdyrysh” department of the “Turkmengazakdyrysh” association in the territories of the Mary and Lebap regions serve the main gas pipeline with a total length of 2,808 km, as well as 77 gas distribution stations and 15 gas control units.
Gas workers carry out periodic inspection of the technical condition of gas pipelines, devices for individual metering of gas consumption in homes, performed simultaneously with the full maintenance of internal gas pipelines and gas-using equipment.
In two months of 2021, more than 5 billion 313 million 287 thousand cubic meters of natural gas were sent to consumers. Currently, 91 million 597 thousand cubic meters of natural gas are supplied through high-pressure gas pipelines per day.
A digital system for monitoring and accounting for natural gas has been introduced at gas distribution stations. The automated gas metering system makes it possible to accurately determine the amount of "blue fuel" consumed.
