Expanding the search for oil and gas fields

“Turkmengeologiya” State Corporation is implementing an extensive exploration program aimed at identifying new deposits of oil, gas and other natural resources. Thanks to the coordinated work of the geophysical expedition of the Lebap region of the SC “Turkmengeologiya”, the geography of exploration geophysical research and other works is expanding, acquiring a large-scale character.
Such types of work are carried out by employees of the Golden Age of Turkmen-3D seismic party on the territory of the “Malay” gas field. Here, for many years, efficient natural gas production has been carried out, as well as the supply of “blue fuel” to the “Turkmenistan-China” interstate gas pipeline.
Currently, the necessary exploration work is being carried out on the adjacent territory of the Akhal and Mary regions of the Malay deposit. The main goal of scouts of the earth's interior is to identify new promising gas-bearing areas.
The accumulated experience and new technologies will allow the expedition geologists to achieve success in the search for, development of promising hydrocarbon deposits, which will help strengthen the fuel and energy base of Turkmenistan.
