27 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

 Entrepreneurs from Afghanistan, Hong Kong and Uzbekistan purchased aviation and lighting kerosene, as well as gasoline, produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries for foreign currency.

 Cotton yarn, roots and rhizomes of licorice are also sold for foreign currency.  Purchasing countries: Russia, USA, China, UAE, Turkey, Azerbaijan.

 The total amount of transactions exceeded USD 4 million 908 thousand.

 Representatives of business circles from the UAE, Scotland, Pakistan and Kazakhstan purchased cotton yarn for manat funds.  The total amount of transactions exceeded 26.984 million manat.

 Domestic businessmen purchased mung beans and cotton fiber for the local market for a total amount of over 2.405 million manat.
