Modernization of the Turkmenbashi Oil Refinery Complex discussed at a government meeting

On June 13, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via a digital system, where a number of issues of state life were considered, TDH reports.
During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the activities of the fuel and energy complex, in particular, the State Concern "Turkmennebit".
As reported, the necessary measures are being taken to modernize the automated system of technological units of the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries, which is designed to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of its production and technological facilities.
In this regard, the Vice-Chairman submitted a corresponding proposal for consideration by the head of state.
Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that the key tasks of the country's oil refineries are to increase oil production volumes and bring the quality of products into compliance with environmental standards.
Having approved the proposal aimed at ensuring the reliable operation of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries of the State Concern "Turkmennebit", the head of state instructed the Vice-Chairman to take concrete steps in this direction.
