The results of the fuel and energy complex for January-October were considered at a government meeting

Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Myratgeldi Meredov reported on the results of the work carried out in January-October of this year as part of the implementation of the Oil and Gas Industry Development Program for the period up to 2030.
In particular, it was reported that in the period under review, the plan for oil and gas condensate production was fulfilled by 101%, oil refining - by 102.4%, gasoline production - by 107.5%, diesel fuel - by 106.4%, natural and associated gas - by 100.1%, export of "blue fuel" - by 100.2%, investment development - by 106.2%. The growth rate of production of liquefied gas compared to the same period last year amounted to 123.6%.
After hearing the report and addressing the Vice-Chairman, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted the need for further modernization of the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex.
The head of the state emphasized the need to increase the export of products and natural gas produced by the fuel and energy complex, to fully use the plants' capacities.
Also, relevant orders were given to accelerate the construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India international gas pipeline and facilities for processing hydrocarbons. The President also instructed to analyze in detail the state of affairs in the fuel and energy complex.
