The capital of Turkmenistan hosted an international exhibition and scientific conference

 On August 6-7, Ashgabat hosted the International Exhibition "Construction, Industry, Energy of Turkmenistan-2022" and within its framework - the scientific conference "Development of the construction, industry, energy sectors of Turkmenistan", organized by the relevant ministries and departments, as well as the Trade and Industrial  country chamber.

 The specialized forum, initiated by the President of Turkmenistan, is dedicated to coincide with the Day of Construction and Industrial Workers celebrated in the country on August 6 for the first time.

 The purpose of the forum is to promote the development of the construction, industrial and energy sectors, the chemical industry, the field of road construction, as well as to familiarize with the huge potential and capabilities of the country's commodity producers and equipment, the latest technology and services for foreign participants.

 The welcoming address of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, which emphasized that the state is carrying out “large-scale work aimed at strengthening the material and technical base of ministries and sectoral departments, introducing modern innovative technologies and achievements of international practice” was listened by audience with special attention.

 The exhibition hall of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted expositions telling about the progress of modernization and diversification of the construction and industrial sectors of the national economy.  The theme of the review covered key areas, including construction, industry and production of building materials, electric power industry, chemical industry, gas and petrochemistry, road construction.

 The leading partners of our country are Bouygues Turkmen, General Elektrik, Gap Inşaat, KSB, Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri Inşaat Sanaýi we Tijaret, Sumimoto Corporation, SA Interbudmontazh, Altkom Road Construction  , Çalyk Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., JSC PA Vozrozhdenie and others presented models of construction projects, innovative developments and technologies, including such areas as water supply and lighting, road construction, etc.

Domestic exhibitors also demonstrated their developments in the field of renewable energy production - solar panels and wind generators.

 The central event of the forum was the scientific conference "Development of construction, industry, energy sectors of Turkmenistan", held both in the traditional format and online.

 Representatives of foreign companies expressed their readiness for a broad partnership with their Turkmen colleagues in the development of new technologies, to participate in joint projects.  At the same time, the presence in our country of a modern infrastructure, opportunities and conditions created for innovative activity was noted.

 The conference discussed issues such as improving the efficiency of research in the field of electric power, conservation of water resources, production of building materials, innovations in the development of the road construction industry, etc.

 Within the framework of the forum, the State Concern "Turkmenchemistry" signed a number of contracts with representatives of foreign companies.  Among them are three export contracts for the purchase of ECO-93 gasoline produced at a plant for the production of gasoline from natural gas in Akhal region, three import contracts with leading companies from the UK, Germany and Italy, as well as a Memorandum of Understanding between the State Concern "Turkmenchemistry  and the German company KSB Group.

 On the second day of the conference, issues such as the role of science in the chemical industry, domestic gas chemical products on the world market, the development of new equipment in production, the development of energy diplomacy, gas turbines in the electric power industry, energy-saving devices, etc. were considered.

 Then, the ceremony of presenting diplomas to the participants of the International Exhibition "Construction, Industry, Energy of Turkmenistan-2022" took place.

 The forum participants adopted a response to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
