Turkmenistan remains the leader in pipeline gas supplies to China

 According to the results of 6 months of 2022, among the states selling pipeline gas to the PRC, Turkmenistan continues to occupy the first place, TASS reports with reference to the Main Customs Administration of the PRC.

 In particular, over six months, China received natural gas from Turkmenistan in the amount of $4.51 billion (an increase of 1.5 times).  Russia is in second place, followed by Myanmar (down 12%, to $616 million), Kazakhstan (down 8.8%, to $531 million) and Uzbekistan (up about 2.2 times, to $404 million).
