Last Friday, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via digital video communication, at which the results of the development for seven months of the year of all sectors of the national economy, including the fuel and energy complex of Turkmenistan, were discussed.Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M. Meredov reported on the results of the work carried out in January-July in the areas under his supervision as part of the implementation of the Oil and Gas Industry Development Program for the period up to 2030.It was reported that the plan for the production of oil and gas condensate was fulfilled by 102.4 %, natural and associated gas - by 101.6 %, the export of "blue fuel" - by 100.4 %, and oil refining - by 103.7 %. , production of gasoline - by 102.3 %, diesel fuel - by 106.9 %. The growth rate of production of liquefied gas amounted to 118.4 %, utilized investments - 106.7 %.Focusing on the key tasks set for the oil and gas complex, the President addressed a number of specific instructions to the Vice-Chairman to take the necessary measures to successfully solve problems related to the proper organization of the activities of supervised structures, the introduction of innovative technologies, a digital system.The Turkmen leader emphasized that our country has rich raw materials. Focusing on the need to build new factories for processing raw materials, the head of state noted the importance of taking appropriate steps in this direction, as well as modernizing and re-equipping existing enterprises.At the same time, it is necessary to train highly qualified specialists to work at modern production facilities, to improve their professional level. This will provide an opportunity to create new jobs and increase the output of export-oriented products, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said.The head of state also ordered to speed up the construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline.
