The repair and mechanical plant of the Nebitgazburavlayish trust of the State Concern "Turkmennebit" is currently equipped with modern equipment and installations, which allow performing a wide range of works on the manufacture of spare parts, repair and restoration of equipment, their installation and adjustment.

Today this enterprise, established in 1951, is equipped with 150 types of equipment, which are constantly being improved. Here, new types of products are mastered, technologies are studied and introduced that make it possible to increase the wear resistance of manufactured spare parts, the production and technological base is continuously updated. The monthly amount of repair and mechanical work performed at the plant is 600,000 manats.

Currently, the plant specializes in the manufacture and repair of sliding girders, water heating boilers, rotors, mud pumps, hydraulic brakes, etc. The mechanical shop produces technical spare parts, various types of oil and gas equipment. The technical-production department produces hundreds of high quality rubber products, etc.

The presence of a professional staff and unique equipment allows us to manufacture the necessary parts and spare parts using materials (aluminum, rubber, cast iron, metal, etc.) obtained from various types of worn out equipment of the concern. This significantly reduces the amount of preparatory work, which makes it possible to save money and reduce material consumption.
