Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov discussed by phone on Saturday the implementation of the agreements reached at the highest political level. The importance of the planned meeting of the leaders of these three countries was also considered during the telephone talks between Rashid Meredov and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, held last Friday.
