The President approved a proposal to improve the material and technical base of the State Concern «Turkmengas»

On July 4, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via a digital system, where a number of issues of state life were considered, TDH reports.

During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the measures being implemented to strengthen the material and technical base of the State Concern «Turkmengas».

As reported, the necessary steps are being taken to further develop the fuel and energy complex, exploration, identification and effective development of oil and gas fields. At the same time, special importance is attached to the introduction of innovative technologies and the latest scientific achievements into production, which makes it possible to obtain accurate data for a detailed study of the structure of wells and making optimal decisions.

In this regard, the Vice-Chairman submitted for consideration by the President of Turkmenistan a proposal to provide the industry with modern types of geophysical equipment.

After hearing the report, the head of state Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the country is effectively working to explore hydrocarbon deposits and ensure the reliable operation of gas pipeline systems. Having approved the proposal to improve the material and technical base of the State Concern «Turkmengas», the President of Turkmenistan instructed the Vice-Chairman to take appropriate measures.
