The interlocutors discussed current issues of political, diplomatic and trade and economic cooperation.

In this regard, the issues of construction of the transnational gas pipeline Turkmenistan - Afghanistan - Pakistan - India (TAPI), power lines and fiber-optic communication along the Turkmenistan - Afghanistan - Pakistan (TAP) route were touched upon.
