Registration has opened for the 30th anniversary International Conference and Exhibition "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan - 2025" (OGT 2025), which will be held from October 22 to 24, 2025 in Ashgabat. The event is organized by the State Concerns "Turkmengas" and "Turkmennebit", the State Corporation "Turkmengeology" in partnership with the "Turkmen Energy Forum".
Over the three decades of its existence, the OGT Conference and Exhibition has established itself as the most important platform uniting leading national and international energy companies, investors, government officials and technical experts, promoting dialogue and cooperation in the energy sector of Central Asia.
Held under the motto "Energy. Innovations. Development, the OGT 2025 conference will bring together delegates from over 60 countries and focus on the following key topics:
Strengthening international partnerships for sustainable energy development in the International Year of Peace and Trust;
Presentation of investment opportunities in the oil and gas sector of Turkmenistan;
Analysis of global trends in energy transition and decarbonization;
Environmental aspects of hydrocarbon field development;
The growing role of artificial intelligence in hydrocarbon production.
Amid the rapid global transition to low-carbon energy, Turkmenistan is actively diversifying its energy strategy. An industrial flow of natural gas was obtained from a well drilled by the team of the Lebapnebitgazgözleg Expedition of the Türkmengeologiýa State Corporation at Tachmuradov site. This will be a worthy gift from the united team of the Expedition for the forthcoming large-scale holiday – the 33rd anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence.

Since the beginning of 2025, the “Nebitgazchykarysh” Trust of the State Concern “Turkmennebit” has produced over 1.2 million tons of oil
Since the beginning of 2025, the “Nebitgazchykarysh” Trust of the State Concern “Turkmennebit” has produced 1 million 278 thousand 817 tons of "black gold". Much of the credit for this goes to the drillers of the “Nebitgazburawlayysh” Trust, who have drilled 57 thousand 246 meters of production wells and 16 thousand 51 meters of exploratory wells since the beginning of the year.
