23 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

Representatives of the business circles of the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan purchased liquefied gas produced at the technological units of the State Concern “Turkmenchemistry” for foreign currency.

Entrepreneurs from Turkey also purchased purified cotton waste for foreign currency.

The total amount of transactions exceeded 1 million 367 thousand US dollars.

Local businessmen purchased petroleum road bitumen, polypropylene and base oil (SC “Turkmennebit”), as well as Portland cement, cotton yarn and fabric, and textile waste for the domestic market. The total amount of transactions was more than 88 million 437 thousand manats.
