Ashgabat to host exhibition and conference on international trade and product quality

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan will host the exhibition and fair "International Trade and Services" and the International Conference "Ensuring Quality in Turkmenistan that Meets International Standards" from April 29 to May 1.

Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Nokerguly Atagulyev reported to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on preparations for the upcoming events during a government meeting on April 18.

As reported, representatives of the trade complex, industry ministries and departments, members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, as well as foreign companies and organizations will take part in the events.

The business program includes consultations with international experts, discussion of export development, digital marketing and product certification requirements.

The Vice-Chairman noted that 63 companies and organizations from 27 countries have confirmed their participation in the forum. Registration is ongoing.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of the shopping mall in the structure of the national economy and instructed the Vice-Chairman to ensure high-quality organization of international events, the News center of Turkmenistan reports.
