On March 11, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via the digital system, the agenda of which included a number of issues of state life.
During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the ongoing preparations for the visiting international forum on attracting foreign investment in the economy of Turkmenistan.
As reported, this event is planned to be held on April 23-24 this year in the city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. About 300 delegates from 30 countries have registered to participate in the international forum, and work in this direction is currently ongoing.
Also, within the framework of the forum, meetings of members of the Turkmen delegation with representatives of foreign companies interested in establishing cooperation are planned.
In this regard, the Vice-Chairman submitted a corresponding proposal to the President of Turkmenistan for consideration.
Having heard the report, the head of state noted that one of the important tasks of our time is the coordinated and effective development of all industries. In this context, the Vice-Chairman was instructed to ensure a high level of organization of the visiting international forum on attracting foreign investment in the economy of Turkmenistan, which will be held in Malaysia.
