Today, April 3, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov left for a working visit to Uzbekistan to participate in the first Central Asia-European Union Summit, TDH reports.

The head of state was seen off by officials at the capital's International Airport.

After some time, the presidential airliner landed at the Samarkand International Airport, decorated with the national flags of the countries participating in the Summit. Here, the head of state was warmly welcomed by officials.

From the airport, the motorcade of the President of Turkmenistan headed to the residence allocated for the duration of the visit.
