Turkmenistan and Argentina to hold joint business forum in 2025

The Turkmen side proposed to organize a Turkmen-Argentine business forum in 2025 in Ashgabat. This proposal was made during political consultations held in the format of a videoconference between Turkmenistan and Argentina at the level of heads of structural divisions of the foreign ministries of the two countries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports.

The Turkmen side proposed to hold the next political consultations, as well as to organize a Turkmen-Argentine business forum in 2025 in Ashgabat. These proposals received a positive response from the Argentine delegation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs clarified.

At the meeting, the parties assessed the current state of bilateral relations and analyzed the prospects for further cooperation in key areas such as trade, economy, education, culture and tourism.

The meeting participants confirmed their readiness to continue cooperation within the framework of international organizations such as the UN, and expressed their intention to maintain an open dialogue to explore new areas of interaction.

 During the consultations, the parties also discussed issues of cultural exchange, including the possibility of organizing joint events and programs to strengthen ties between the peoples of both countries.
