At a digital sitting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on April 5 this year, dedicated to the results of the first three months of the International Year of Peace and Trust, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasised the importance of continuing relevant work to increase hydrocarbon production and to steadily expand its export volumes, and also especially noted the need for the efficient use of the complex’s production capacities and the continuation of exploratory drilling at the country’s hydrocarbon deposits.
Turkmenistan is one of the countries rich in oil and gas resources, and our homeland is also known as a state that achieves tremendous success in the development and implementation of large-scale projects in the fuel and energy sector. The relevant directorates of the Nebitgazburawlaýyş Trust of the Türkmennebit State Concern make a significant contribution to this important work. The labor collectives of these enterprises work hard to drill new wells at sites with rich deposits and their industrial development. This is evidenced by the fact that in the first quarter of the current year, the Trust produced 39,348 meters of rock, which is 150 meters more than the plan.
