Last week, 19 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
Business representatives from the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye and Afghanistan purchased urea and desulfurized diesel fraction, produced by Türkmenhimiýa State Concern, for foreign currency.
Bedding sets, cotton yarn and flannel fabric were also sold for foreign currency. The purchasing countries were Türkiye and Azerbaijan.
The total value of the transactions exceeded 46 million 412 thousand US dollars.
Domestic businessmen purchased polypropylene (Türkmennebit State Concern), wheat flour and cotton yarn for the domestic market, for a total sum of over 80 million 634 thousand manats.
