At the meeting of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan held on July 15 of this year in Ashgabat, issues related to the high-level organization and conduct of the forthcoming major holiday – the 35th anniversary of the country’s independence, and the regular meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, timed to coincide with this date, were discussed. In his insightful and informative speech, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag emphasized that the development of youth policy and the introduction of new methods of personnel training are key vectors of the state strategy. In this regard, the departments of the Daşoguzgazakdyryş Directorate are actively developing the institution of mentoring. Meetings between experienced specialists and young people and on-the-job training, organized there, are becoming vibrant and memorable events for young professionals, laying a solid foundation for their career advancement.
To share experiences and to improve the skills of employees at the Ýylanly production facility, located along the Main Gas Pipeline, meetings were held between leading gas industry mentors and the younger generation. This event made a huge impression on the young specialists who recently joined the team of the Directorate. At the facility, compressor service engineer Guychgeldy Kabayev and dispatchers Kemal Toyliyev and Tirkesh Babayev provided the young people with a visual and detailed explanation of the operating principles of gas receiving, compressor and control equipment, thoroughly familiarizing them with the technological processes and production potential of the Ýylanly enterprise.
