The “Lebapgazchykarysh” management of the State Concern “Turkmengas” summed up the results of last year’s production indicators and outlined high plans for the current year 2024.

Thus, in 2023, the management plan for natural gas production was fulfilled by 110.5 percent.  Along with the main products, the annual plan for gas condensate production was also successfully completed.

Last year, management produced more than 10.9 billion cubic meters of natural gas, which is 1 billion cubic meters more than planned.  Gas condensate production amounted to more than 39.1 thousand tons.  These raw materials are processed at the Seydi Oil Refinery, where they are used to produce finished products.

Work in all management departments is focused on achieving high final results.  Repairmen involved in underground and major repairs of wells make their contribution to this.  Over the past year, they have successfully repaired and commissioned 30 wells.  Most of the work was carried out at the Malay, Bovryudeshik, Naib, etc. fields. As a result, the production of “blue fuel” was slightly increased.

The President of Turkmenistan pays close attention to strengthening the production and technical base of the oil and gas industry.  Such support plays an important role in the development of activities of producers of valuable natural raw materials.  The introduction of a powerful gas compressor station at the Malay gas field made it possible to significantly increase production.

In the past year, more than 6.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas were transported through the Malay-Bagtyyarlyk gas pipeline.  This indicates that the corresponding plan has been completed by 158 percent.  A certain part of the production is exported to China, and the majority goes directly to local consumers.

In 2024, proclaimed the year of “The Fount of the Mind of Magtymguly Fragi,” the labor collective of the department faces important tasks.  Gas workers strive to make a worthy contribution to the development of our country and increase the rate of production of hydrocarbon resources.

This year, management plans to produce more than 10.3 billion cubic meters of natural gas.  At the same time, there are all the conditions not only to achieve this goal, but also to exceed the planned targets.  Natural resource miners are determined to mark the current year with new labor successes.
