President of Turkmenistan: It is necessary to use the refinery at its full design capacity

 On December 22, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via the digital system, the agenda of which included consideration of a number of draft documents, as well as other issues.

 During the meeting, Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov reported on the measures being taken to modernize the petrochemical industry and ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the oil refineries of the State Concern “Turkmennebit” through the introduction of modern technologies.

 In this regard, information was given about the ongoing work in the structural divisions of the State Concern in order to carry out deep oil refining.  As reported, the corresponding installations are currently being reconstructed at the Seyidi Oil Refinery.

 Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that the use of production enterprises of the oil and gas complex, in particular oil refineries, to their full design capacity is one of the important requirements of the time.  Having focused on the need to ensure their uninterrupted functioning, the head of Turkmenistan addressed the Vice-Chairman with a number of specific instructions.
