President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, in a telephone conversation, warmly and cordially congratulated Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his birthday, wishing him good health, well-being and further success in his many-sided state activities. As noted, the Russian Federation highly appreciates the efforts of the President of Turkmenistan aimed at strengthening the traditional cooperation between the two states.

During the conversation, it was emphasized that Turkmenistan pays special attention to strengthening a constructive dialogue with the Russian Federation as one of the priority vectors of its foreign policy. Confirming their readiness for further multifaceted cooperation, the parties expressed confidence in its successful development for the benefit of the peoples of the two friendly countries.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, in a telephone conversation with Serdar Berdimuhamedov, also cordially congratulated the head of Turkmenistan on his birthday, wishing him good health, longevity and success in his many-sided activities at the highest state post.

Touching upon the topic of trade and economic partnership, the leaders of the two countries noted with satisfaction the progressive dynamics of its development in a wide range of areas - agriculture, power industry, oil and gas complex, chemical industry, etc.

Chinese President Xi Jinping, in a congratulatory telegram to the President of Turkmenistan, expressed confidence that under the leadership of Serdar Berdimuhamedov, our country will achieve even greater success on the path of "Revival of a new era of a powerful state."

Xi Jinping also stressed that he is ready to make joint efforts together with the head of Turkmenistan to achieve new results in bilateral cooperation in all areas for the benefit of the two countries and their peoples.
